With SLEEP 2022 set to begin in Charlotte, N.C. on June 4, the American Journal of Managed Care contributed a bit of advance hype. The 36th annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) will run from June 4-8, 2022.
AJMC reports that the APSS’ first in-person conference in two years will highlight a myriad of new research on clinical sleep medicine and explore best practices for patient care. “Several awards will be presented from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society, which together make up the APSS,” writes Gianna Melillo. “The APSS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership awards will also be presented. Postgraduate courses, discussion groups and rapid-fire symposia will take place alongside both oral and poster presentations and traditional symposia.”
